I'm passionate about sharing yoga and mindfulness to help people lead more present, peaceful and playful lives.

I've been practising yoga for close to 20 years and teaching since 2014. I discovered mindfulness in 2016 and trained to teach others in 2021. 

The most important benefit of yoga and mindfulness that I hope to share with others is being better equipped to deal with challenges in order to have a joyful and purposeful life. 

My teachable course, 'The mindful way through trying to conceive' uses mindfulness and yoga practices linked to your menstrual cycle to help you manage the stress and anxiety when trying to conceive.

I want to help other women to feel safe, supported and themselves as they try to conceive. It's a course I wish I'd had access to when I was trying for my first child.
